Wesley Stewart of the Sidelines Club, Allstat Athletes and Urbansurf4kids held an EBay auction for the use of a two-bedroom condo in Key West on which I was the high bidder. The short story is that after taking my $729 he never followed through with the condo and has refused to refund my money. His "charitable organizations" which are supposedly the benificiaries of these auctions are in California, I live in Rhode Island which makes chasing him down very difficult.
