We stayed at the Silken Rambla Hotel in Barcelona during 24-30 May 2009, and booked 3 single rooms (room no. 304, 309, and 311) via spainbookers.com. On check-out day, a Hotel receptionist informed me that “Spainbookers.com” had already charged me for the rooms, and he did not ask me to pay for the room fees. Consequently, he could not give me a receipt.
