To Whom It May Concern: We stayed at the Silken Rambla Hotel in Barcelona during 24-30 May 2009, and booked 3 single rooms (room no. 304, 309, and 311) via spainbookers.com. On check-out day, a Hotel receptionist informed me that “Spainbookers.com” had already charged me for the rooms, and he did not ask me to pay for the room fees.
