refusing to accept my removal, now charging me another month
I request, by e-mail, that singlesnet.com remove me from their dating service and that i did not wish to continue with them. That was early this month. However, I found out on July 21, 2009 that they disregarded my instructions and took $24.95 out of my savings account without my consent, knowledge and against our agreement.
I sent singlesnet.com an e-mail message to at 7:45 a.m. this morning July 21, 2009, stating affirmatively that I want my $24.95 returned to my savings account.

More scamming
Please beware of online scammers using Singlesnet.com for their fraudulent activity. I met someone through this site and unfortunately, after a few weeks of emails, texts and short phone conversations, believed his story about his teenage son being badly injured and needing money for medicine and doctor's services. Thinking back and reading the experiences of others who have been robbed by online thieves, I can't believe that I was so foolish.
Soon after I met the person who cheated me, he invited me to set up a Yahoo mail account so we could chat. When he called me on my cell phone, his number came up as blocked ID so I couldn't call him back. But I was dumb enough to send thousands of dollar to his "friend" in London via Western Union money transfers.
When I finally refused to send more money, he got angry and stopped communicating with me.
So please watch out for anyone who seems to fall in love with you very quickly, then asks you to send money for any reason.

Scammers
After reading all the complaints I would just like to chime in. After I signed up in November 2006 I started getting all kinds of "winks" from girls and a few legit people who wanted to communicate live. However I did receive numerous requests to check out girl's websites. I could smell a scam brewing. However... There is a happy ending.
I did meet a local girl on the site who was going to Law School in my city. We had a disastrous first date, but then gave it another shot. We have been together 2.5 years now and will be getting married this September. If not for clicking on a random link (advertisement) on myspace I would not have met my future wife.

did not renew service
I did not renew my service with them . They used my cridit card again with out my permission. I do not want it I want my money back in my acount A S A P . Thank you

unauthorized credit card charges
My credit card was charged for the month of April. I did not authorize this charge. I canceled my subscription in Feb. 09. Was not charged for March, but was charged for April.

cannot log on
After using the free service, two days later it said I need to upgrade to gold service which you pay for, i did that and ever since at least 2-10 times a week i cannot access my emails that people send...says cannot find that website. I tried different servers and different locations, still the same problem...I feel that this is not a legimate service as I have been on many others and never had this problem...I can't even get on to notify them.

fraudulent charge
Well, I never was a member and never visited their website. I found a charge on my account made through a check transaction and had my bank shut down the account. Funny enough the person using my account to pay for their profile used a name put together from my ex-boyfriend's and my ex-husband's name leading me to believe that this was somebody I know well. Half concerned that my children might be hanging out in dating websites I called singlesnet and asksed them if this transaction could be linked to a profile. The answer was yes, but they could not give me any information due to privacy issues. My question is: how does somebody using my bank account information withough permission deserve more right to privacy than I? What if my children are doing this while I am at work and I never find out?

get a website error 500 message, cannot access site because there is an internal server error, or th system is under maintenance, yet i am getting e mailss at [email protected] notifying me tat i have messages, but i cannot access them, yet i can ccess te upgrade page on the site, and that is it, i cant do any other page on the cite, for error 500. If you can get this problem corrected, contact singlesnet and have them fix the issue, and send me an e mail to [email protected] |

Don't say that you have not been warned!
Singlesnet.com is not true singles website. There are men on there that are living with their spouses, girlfriends or living with women in general.
There is a man that goes by several s/n and he is as fake as can be, he is a liar, and a con man he will lie to your face while a woman he is living with is in another room.
He goes by several s/n like JackDainels07, Sourmash07, Sunnydayz, or even Waterhazard.
How do I know this cause I'm the woman he is living with so don't say that you have not been warned!
