Sales person walked up to my door offereing oil at, 55 cents less than the retail value. He said we could get up to 3 deliveries at this price and that it is not a contract. I asked him again SEVERAL times if this was a contract and he told me no. He said we just needed your name and address. He asked me to sign I said what is that for and he said its a NY State law because of the deal we were getting. He asked me if I needed oil and I told him no we just got a delivery. Well that was on March 21, 2011 and then today April 6 an oil truck came to my house filled my tank without my knowledge. The oil delivery said it was put in to have a delivery after April 4th. I never scheduled anything. I called IMMEDIATLY & s.w a supervisor that said that I did sign a contract & there was an oil put in for after April 4th. He cancelled my contract that I am not supposed to have and gave me 90 days to pay the $700 bill that I didnt ask for. I am reporting them to the BBB because I feel I should not pay!!
