Sales person walked up to my door offereing oil at, 55 cents less than the retail value. He said we could get up to 3 deliveries at this price and that it is not a contract. I asked him again SEVERAL times if this was a contract and he told me no. He said we just needed your name and address. He asked me to sign I said what is that for and he said its a NY State law because of the deal we were getting. He asked me if I needed oil and I told him no we just got a delivery.
