I recently purchased the cuisinart smart stick plus for my mothers birthday about two weeks ago. We assembled the product as instructed and let the battery run out more then 3 times which is suggested to get the battery started and the battery is apparently broken. I have tried contacting the company to exchange just the battery and no one has responded to my email. The website doesn't even have a customer service phone number available which is extremely frustrating they only provide a small box to fill out your "comment/question" and there is no option for a complaint. So bottomline I have spent around $90 on this gift that is a complete waste with no help from the company. I highly suggest purchasing cuisinart products from another company because the cuisinart store is inadequate in all departments. I will never oder another product from there.
