I recently purchased the cuisinart smart stick plus for my mothers birthday about two weeks ago. We assembled the product as instructed and let the battery run out more then 3 times which is suggested to get the battery started and the battery is apparently broken. I have tried contacting the company to exchange just the battery and no one has responded to my email.
