Stay away
Charge of $4.95 appeared on my MC statement this month. I want this refunded. Tried to contact this "entity." Recorded answer by voice with heavy foreign accent gave an undipherable message. Do I have to cancel this card in order to avoid further scamming? Plese respond ASAP.

Fraud
My credit card has this $4.95 charge also. The may start from a company call epoch.com who piggie back chaeges from Aol customers. They won't say for sure because they service about 20, 000 other customers that they piggie back onto. Cancel your cards and don't buy on line right now.

Illegal charges
Smartemarket.com charged my bank account $6.95 last month, 4/08. After finding the charge through online banking, I contacted the company and my bank. Smartemarket credited my account back, however, this company has no right to randomly charge unsuspecting people. BBB has been absolutely no help.

Unauthorized charges on credit card
On 01/16/08, there was an unauthorized charge for $6.95 by www.smartemarket.com (337-935-0141 LA). On 05/10/08, there was another unauthorized charge for $4.95 by the same company. It's not much money, but it's MY money and they have no right to take it.
