Charge of $4.95 appeared on my MC statement this month. I want this refunded. Tried to contact this "entity." Recorded answer by voice with heavy foreign accent gave an undipherable message. Do I have to cancel this card in order to avoid further scamming? Plese respond ASAP. read full review »
