I ordered 2 parts for my Hoover rug shampooer on April 12th, two weeks later I contacted them about not getting the parts. I get an Email from them stating that their server was down and if I wanted my money back they would reverse the charge back to my debt card. I informed them that I really needed these parts and that I would wait for them.

Since then I have sent them 3 or 4 more emails about these parts, no one has contacted me since then. It is now May 25th and I still have not heard from them and have not gotten the parts. I am figuring they ripped me off. I trusted them to send me these parts and I have tried to call the number they give on their website and it goes into voice mail.

I thought someone should know about this company before they rip anyone else off.
