I ordered 2 parts for my Hoover rug shampooer on April 12th, two weeks later I contacted them about not getting the parts. I get an Email from them stating that their server was down and if I wanted my money back they would reverse the charge back to my debt card. I informed them that I really needed these parts and that I would wait for them. Since then I have sent them 3 or 4 more emails about these parts, no one has contacted me since then.
