I placed an order for a 15 watt panel kit and they charged my credit card right away. Bad sign right there; normally a company shouldn't charge until it shipped. Emailed after 7 days that order showed "processing" and received short response "I'll check on it!" another 5 days goes by so emailed again and no response at all now. Did some search for usasolarwinds.com rip off and others have been treated the same way. I reversed the charge on my credit card.
