I have shopped your catalog for years. I have no idea how I "joined" the rewards club. This is my first chance to read your multiple page explanation of this. You have nothing I need with this membership and I want to cancel immediately - with a refund of any charges. This "membership" is not compatible with the catalog company I have delt with in the past. It is also interesting that you denied my sign in with the address and password I used 2 weeks ago to place an order. I am extremely disappointed in this change in your customer relations.

I too have unauthorized charges of 14.95 appearing on my credit card statement. I ordered something from this company once, in August. I would never have signed up for any sort of rewards program for 14.95 a month, this is a scam!! I am disputingthe charges with my credit card company and they are able to put a block on this merchant.

Why haven't they been stopped from this fraudulant activity? I am sure they are doing it to everyone who orders from them online.
