I have shopped your catalog for years. I have no idea how I "joined" the rewards club. This is my first chance to read your multiple page explanation of this. You have nothing I need with this membership and I want to cancel immediately - with a refund of any charges. This "membership" is not compatible with the catalog company I have delt with in the past. It is also interesting that you denied my sign in with the address and password I used 2 weeks ago to place an order.
