I had overpaid on dental work in 12/2006 and could not get a refund for almost 2 years. Kept getting the run around on calling corporate which apparently does not exist. When I finally was told to get my $800 refund in the office, I was given only $402, they claiming a missed appointment and not covered dental work. Never before were these charges mentioned in the over 10 times I contacted them for my refund.
