I ordered Sony Memory Pro Duo sticks. When I received them they would not work. I contacted the company who told me to format the sticks. No matter how many ways I tried they din't function as thay should.I contacted Sony who told me they would gladly exchange defective merchadise. I sent them to Sony only to find out that they were counterfeit. The seller doesn't even care. Claims he doesn't sell Sony product. But they all have the Sony name brand on them.I have shearched around for information on the company only to find out all his products are fake or replacement merchandise. I urge all not to buy from what I consider a rippoff company.
