I ordered Sony Memory Pro Duo sticks. When I received them they would not work. I contacted the company who told me to format the sticks. No matter how many ways I tried they din't function as thay should.I contacted Sony who told me they would gladly exchange defective merchadise. I sent them to Sony only to find out that they were counterfeit. The seller doesn't even care. Claims he doesn't sell Sony product.
