my husband and i have bought a sound system and brought it home hook up everything and when it came to turn on the sub woofer nothing happen. Tried unplugging it and plugging it back it ion...nothing! Taking a good look at it we found scraches and jelly on it. So we took it back to wal-mart and replaced it..so we got another one in replace of the other and come to find out that one also didn't work. We have complain butr they just refunded us. Not that this has only happen to use it has happen to my mother..she had also bought a coffee maker and omg..it has been use and was all dirty. Did my complaint and agsin they did nothing about it. It makes me wonder do they always resale these products that are being brought back in without looking at them..
