my husband and i have bought a sound system and brought it home hook up everything and when it came to turn on the sub woofer nothing happen. Tried unplugging it and plugging it back it ion...nothing! Taking a good look at it we found scraches and jelly on it. So we took it back to wal-mart and replaced it..so we got another one in replace of the other and come to find out that one also didn't work. We have complain butr they just refunded us.
