After waiting weeks just trying to get a hold of sourceplaza I finally got an email response. I had filed a complaint with Paypal. Sourceplaza's phone number and live chats were NEVER available! I finally received The DVD box set I had ordered over a month later!! I canceled my complaint. I gave these to my daughter for Christmas. We later found out that the DVD;s are defective!! Now I have been dealing for weeks by email with sourceplaza trying to get a refund!!! They keep asking me for details on defective parts. Besides telling them that the DVD's skip and are VERY POOR quality, I don't know what they want. Now they are trying to make me offers to replace the ones that skip, telling me they can refund me 30%, to now offering me 25% refund and I can keep the DVD's!!! They are a total scam! NEVER, NEVER use this site!! I'm now filing another complaint through Paypal. They need to remove them from their merchant list!
