After waiting weeks just trying to get a hold of sourceplaza I finally got an email response. I had filed a complaint with Paypal. Sourceplaza's phone number and live chats were NEVER available! I finally received The DVD box set I had ordered over a month later!! I canceled my complaint. I gave these to my daughter for Christmas. We later found out that the DVD;s are defective!!
