I purchased a FREE TRIAL of Life Cell Anti-aging cream and authorised payment of $15 postage and handling in early March 2011. The product arrived on 24 March 2011. On the 29th March my account was charged for an amount of US$189. I did not authorise this charge and was under the impression that the FREE TRIAL was exactly that, a FREE TRIAL. I am disgusted that this could happen and demand a refund of the US$189. My privacy has been violated and I am concerned that this could happen again. Can you please offer some advice and investigate this complaint as soon as possible. I look forward to receiving your advice by return email.
