The front office desk is the most incompetent group of women I've ever experienced in a professional Dr. Office. They lie, refuse to communicate, take 6 weeks to order contacts and finally communicate they have received the contacts. The office Manager, Bobby is a complete idiot and she'll lie to you, taking no accountability for their mistakes and incompetencies. When we called the Scottsdale Office, they even said they had no idea why Sun City sent the contacts to their office. MY RECOMMENDATION AS A VERY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OWNER WHO UNDERSTANDS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE: "DON''T GO TO THE SUN CITY OFFICE; YOU MAY HAVE NOTHING BUT HASSLES".
