The front office desk is the most incompetent group of women I've ever experienced in a professional Dr. Office. They lie, refuse to communicate, take 6 weeks to order contacts and finally communicate they have received the contacts. The office Manager, Bobby is a complete idiot and she'll lie to you, taking no accountability for their mistakes and incompetencies.
