in Needles . He is only in his office for clinic one day a week. The office manager Rudy Zamora has been calling in prescriptions that are unauthorized . Melitona Zamora has never been seen by Dr. Strecker, yet there is multiple scripts that are written w/o the patients being seen by the DR. No documentation pertaining to medications being prescribed has been recorded in charts
for any the following patients, Melitona Zamora has had multiple scripts called in by the Office manager (Rudy Zamora) who is not authorized. Doris Zamora, Diana Zamora, Rita Sutton are also suspected patients that have charts but they contain no information that provides any evidence of treatments or medications ordered by Dr. Strecker
