I ordered an iron wall fountain from them, and after 4 weeks they wrote back stating the fountain would not be shipped for another 2 weeks or more. I wrote back and requested to cancel my order. This fountain costs $600.00 plus and they told me they were going to charge me for a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order price. Geezzz, I am 2 weeks (total 6 weeks) away or more from receiving shipment that stated 20 days or less and they are charging me a re-stocking fee? Re-stock what?, it hasn’t left their store! This is a rip off; www.specialtyliving.com just got $125.00 of my money because they can't ship their products on time. Beware consumers your orders could take years and they hold this in front of you.
