Beware consumers, www.specialtyliving.com of there shipping practices. I ordered an iron wall fountain from them, and after 4 weeks they wrote back stating the fountain would not be shipped for another 2 weeks or more. I wrote back and requested to cancel my order. This fountain costs $600.00 plus and they told me they were going to charge me for a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order price. Geezzz, I am 2 weeks (total 6 weeks) away or more from receiving shipment that stated 20 days or less and they are charging me a re-stocking fee?... read full review »
