Their ad seemed legitimate and to be a news article in the on-line Edition of the Tampa Tribune. The "news-type article" (ad) promoted FREE registration. I registered as I have for E-Bay and PayPal. Much later, a $149 debit appeared on my Chase Statement which they refused to refund, saying the registration charge was clear in the ad. Even with new information (below) Chase has refused to credit my account. Considering Chase's size, they MUST have had MANY identical issues reported.

When I went again to SpeedyBuy's website, it had CHANGED. The initial $149 registration charge was clear; and SpeedyBuy's access to The Way Back Machine website (an archive of formerly posted websites) had been blocked by SpeedyBuy. Now the website no longer exists (and is for sale).
