Their ad seemed legitimate and to be a news article in the on-line Edition of the Tampa Tribune. The "news-type article" (ad) promoted FREE registration. I registered as I have for E-Bay and PayPal. Much later, a $149 debit appeared on my Chase Statement which they refused to refund, saying the registration charge was clear in the ad.
