Purchased a Sprint Instinct on Feb 9, after only having phone for one day, had to return it for another due to being in the Download Mode for a day. Have had problems with it on several occasions and on Monday 3/22/2010 returned phone again as the Download Mode would not go away after 2 days. Sprint Sotre in Sunset Hills, MO looked at the phone, allegeldy fixed it according to their fix up methods and said they could not duplicate same. Of course not, they only want to me to keep the phone and be happy. I want to use the phone as a phone and not wait all day for the phone to work correctly as a phone. Another lady was in the store same time I was there and she had the same complaints and they would not give us new phones or exchange the phones for other models. What kind of business are they running? They knew the phones were bad, but they everyone is in the selling business, so who really cares?
