Purchased a Sprint Instinct on Feb 9, after only having phone for one day, had to return it for another due to being in the Download Mode for a day. Have had problems with it on several occasions and on Monday 3/22/2010 returned phone again as the Download Mode would not go away after 2 days. Sprint Sotre in Sunset Hills, MO looked at the phone, allegeldy fixed it according to their fix up methods and said they could not duplicate same.
