I was issued an RGA to return excess materials my contractor ordered. The RGA was dated 12/22/2010. The company verified they received my goods and would be issuing a credit shortly. However, as of 5/12/2011 I still have not heard from the company. They have promised to have their accounting department get back with me when I have called and have ignored certified letters they have received (one sent by my attorney). They have MY PROPERTY and have not paid me. That makes this a theft in my book. Stay away from StairSupplies.com they are exhibiting classic actions of a company in peril of closing their doors. StairSupplies is not a company I would recommend using; you may lose your money if they close their doors.
