I was issued an RGA to return excess materials my contractor ordered. The RGA was dated 12/22/2010. The company verified they received my goods and would be issuing a credit shortly. However, as of 5/12/2011 I still have not heard from the company. They have promised to have their accounting department get back with me when I have called and have ignored certified letters they have received (one sent by my attorney).
