I ordered the Starsmoker e-cigarette online on 13 Jan. 2010. I promptly called and cancelled when I realized the free trial offer what not really a free trial offer. I talked to a customer service rep. who gave me a cancellation number and assured me the $9.95 they had charged to my debit card would be refunded within 72 hours. It is now 02 Feb. and in spite of two emails to them, and an attempt to call them again (their customer service line now sends you through a maze before saying they cannot take your call and disconnects) I still don't have resolution. I fear that they will debit my bank account again when the "trial offer" deadline expires.
