I ordered the Starsmoker e-cigarette online on 13 Jan. 2010. I promptly called and cancelled when I realized the free trial offer what not really a free trial offer. I talked to a customer service rep. who gave me a cancellation number and assured me the $9.95 they had charged to my debit card would be refunded within 72 hours.
