Order 6 custom sized faux wood blinds on July 8, 2010. I was told they would arrive in 7 - 10 days. On the 22nd I still had not received the blinds or any confirmation of shipping, such as a tracking number or estimated date of arrival, so I called the company about 5:30 in the evening. The person on the other end of the line couldn't access any information on my order accept that it had been made. I was promised a phone call back as soon as customer service arrived at 9 AM and could contact the manufacturer (note: they do NOT make them themselves, regardless of what they imply), but would absolutely hear from them that morning. I finally called them about 1:45 the afternoon of the 23rd, and was then told that they had received word on the 23rd that the blinds would be shipped the 27th, and arrive 5-7 days after that. I find it rather strange that I start inquiries on my order and suddenly they receive word that the order has been delayed in manufacturing - for 2 weeks - the very day I complain. So now my order will take 2 weeks longer to arrive then originally promised, Steve's will not do a darn thing about it, except to say that delays can occur (so much for their promise) and the 100% Customer Satisfaction isn't worth the key strokes used to post it.
