Order 6 custom sized faux wood blinds on July 8, 2010. I was told they would arrive in 7 - 10 days. On the 22nd I still had not received the blinds or any confirmation of shipping, such as a tracking number or estimated date of arrival, so I called the company about 5:30 in the evening. The person on the other end of the line couldn't access any information on my order accept that it had been made.
