We have only been in these apartments for 1 month and 1/2 and we have had too many maintenance issues. Upon move in, all the paper from them painting was still on the floor, the appliance were not plugged in or put back in place, we could not bathe in the tubs because they were still drying, light fixtures were broken, the carpet was dirty, closet doors were broken, blinds were broken, there were roaches everywhere and the air conditioner was not working. It took over two weeks for them to get these items fixed. We STILL have roaches and there are numerous other repairs that need to take place. Our toilets are currently not working, they attempted to fix the drains in our bathrooms and the plumbing crumbled...its a week later and this has still not been fixed.
These apartments seem to be appealing because the are located in the prestigious Vinings area, they have a lot of square footage for a low price compared to others in the area but this is a trap. Do NOT RENT HERE!
