We have only been in these apartments for 1 month and 1/2 and we have had too many maintenance issues. Upon move in, all the paper from them painting was still on the floor, the appliance were not plugged in or put back in place, we could not bathe in the tubs because they were still drying, light fixtures were broken, the carpet was dirty, closet doors were broken, blinds were broken, there were roaches everywhere and the air conditioner was not working.
