I ordered an herbal supplement online in November. I choose this company because they claimed "100% refund GUARANTEED if you are not satisfied". After receiving the product, I had an allergic reaction and therefore, wished to return the 2 unopened bottles. I contacted the company about their return policy, obtained a return number, mailed my product back. When I called to find out how long the refund would take, they claimed it had "not yet processed but they had received it". I was told to check back in 6 weeks. I continued to check back and each time was told a different story. In April, I became very frustrated and called again demanding refund of my money. This time the customer service "representative" yelled at me and told me it was my fault. He demanded proof I returned it, even though I had the return number. He claimed without a post office receipt he would not issue a refund EVEN THOUGH THIS IS NOT REQUIRED UNDER THEIR RETURN POLICY. I have since contacted two Attorney Generals Consumer Complaints and am considering private litigation. I am anger about the money and about how they treated me. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them. They were rude and essentially stole 100 dollars from me.
