I ordered an herbal supplement online in November. I choose this company because they claimed "100% refund GUARANTEED if you are not satisfied". After receiving the product, I had an allergic reaction and therefore, wished to return the 2 unopened bottles. I contacted the company about their return policy, obtained a return number, mailed my product back.
