I, Subodh Kumar Behera, is a customer of pre-paid mobile service of Reliance Company. My Mobile No. is 8010578262. A few days back, an amount of Rs. 5/- is being deducted from my mobile each day. In this connection, I tried to draw attention of Reliance customer Care at 10.00 PM on 19.1.2010 and they told me that message alert service & cricket news service are connected with your mobile and therefore amounts are deducting from my account. In turn, I raised question that I did not accept any offer for getting these services then how amount is deducting from my account. Earlier similar things were happened and on my request, they refunded my balance amount. But now authorities of Reliance Custom Care straighty way refused to pay back my deducted amount. It is totally injustice and ilegal. Request pay your attention towards my above grievances and arrange to refund my deducted amount as early as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.
