Respected Sir, I, Subodh Kumar Behera, is a customer of pre-paid mobile service of Reliance Company. My Mobile No. is 8010578262. A few days back, an amount of Rs. 5/- is being deducted from my mobile each day. In this connection, I tried to draw attention of Reliance customer Care at 10.00 PM on 19.1.2010 and they told me that message alert service & cricket news service are connected with your mobile and therefore amounts are deducting from my account.
