We transferred our suddenlink internet service across town to our new home on June 1, 2010, since we transferred our service has been horrible we have made countless service calls had techs come to our home, and the problem is still unresolved. I have been in touch with customer service supervisors that promised that a senior tech will come by and call me and none of which has occured. I get the run around when i call them, lied to and promises to resolve the issues but they never happen. I am now trying to contact their corporate liason and waiting on a return call to see what other lies they may tell me now. I am very dissappointed in the service they have provided, it is either offline totally or barely connected, we pay for a 3.0 high speed connection and our speed is slower than dial up. I have neighbors and a local business that have already left their service because of the same issues this is ridiculous.
