We transferred our suddenlink internet service across town to our new home on June 1, 2010, since we transferred our service has been horrible we have made countless service calls had techs come to our home, and the problem is still unresolved. I have been in touch with customer service supervisors that promised that a senior tech will come by and call me and none of which has occured.
