I went to this hotel from a long flight from the states. We arrived at the hotel to be notified that our itineray was incorrect. This error would cost us additional monies. In lieu of this error, we paid for a package deal well over this amount, and yet we were treated like crap b/c of this error. We couldn't check in to the hotel until the amount was rectified out of our pocket even though it wasn't our error. We didn't check in until 2 hours later and then the room was very small for a family of four, rude service especially from the general manager of customer service, the overall look of the room wasn't great, and neither was the food. The advertisement of the rooms doesn't match what the website shows. Please beware. Great price for poor service, sometimes its worth saving more money to get what u expect in a hotel, and this one wasn't it.
