I went to this hotel from a long flight from the states. We arrived at the hotel to be notified that our itineray was incorrect. This error would cost us additional monies. In lieu of this error, we paid for a package deal well over this amount, and yet we were treated like crap b/c of this error. We couldn't check in to the hotel until the amount was rectified out of our pocket even though it wasn't our error.
