I have been ordering from Super Warehouse for several years with no problems, however on my last order placed on 4/29/09, I am still waiting for it as of today (5/28/09). I have called their customer "service" three times over the last two weeks and each time (including today with their supervisor), they state that they don't know when it will ship out and will be at least another 5 to 7 days! They are blaming a communication problem with their shipping department, but I feel that there is more to the story that they are saying. I could understand a glitch that affects shipping for a day or two, but not one that takes 2 to 3+ weeks to correct. In these tough economic times where many companies are struggling, I have to question the viability of this company (my personal opinion)!
