I have been ordering from Super Warehouse for several years with no problems, however on my last order placed on 4/29/09, I am still waiting for it as of today (5/28/09). I have called their customer "service" three times over the last two weeks and each time (including today with their supervisor), they state that they don't know when it will ship out and will be at least another 5 to 7 days!
